I am an Independent Investigator looking into the business activities of The Money Shop - due a sharp increase in complaints regarding Loan Shark business tactics.
We are especially interested in feed back from staff members who have worked for The Money Shop over the past 24 months in the strictest of confidence.
Over the next six months all cases will be presented before the Financial Ombudsman Service and the Office of Fair Trading.
